FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT

• Place the brace on your leg from behind the knee ensuring the contour cut fits at patella
• Adjust the width of the brace so as to fit the circumference of the knee
• Attach the four velcro straps from the front & adjust to optimal comfort
• Take the large elastic band on the opposite side over the patella, stretch and lock with velcro
