Shipping Policy 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select Indian PIN codes.
  • All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, through reliable courier partners. Please allow the estimated delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation.
  • Orders are typically delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may authorize an alternative person (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbor) to receive the package on your behalf. Crystalpaw Ventures Private Limited shall not be responsible for packages received by an alternative person.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any damage to the product after successful delivery.
  • Any claims regarding shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service team on the same day of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product type, packaging, size, volume, and delivery location. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, and customers will be informed before completing payment.
